No reception support nor freedom in room..pathetic stay in my whole life time . i don't suggest this for anyone

The stay was good,but only thing we did not had time to explore.

It was good, pleasant environment.

Dust maintenance work is ongoing. No food is being provided—not even a plate for eating. We have to wash our own plates. It's a rural area with no food available, the room is congested, and the pillows are dirty."

The stay was very for comfortable. The staff akil and uni are having very professional approach towards customers. The room cleanliness is very good. Hygiene was well maintained.

Very tidy rooms and amenities provided. The staff were cordial and supportive in behaviour. It got decent parking as well.

Good stay at the hotel. Rooms are neat and clean. Only issue is limited parking and there is no lift.

Peaceful area and rooms are maintained very hygiene with a good receiving. Polite people. And much more.

First this is not a proper hotel, its a lodge. Reception not helpful owner/manager is available in remote location. They don't have proper knowledge to check mail and confirm your reservation. I checked in at 8:30 they gave keys only by 11pm after the makemytrip customer support agent involvement. They even demanded me to make payment for prepaid booking. I then took a conference call where asked him to confirm. Then after the involvement of makemytrip he handed over the keys. Worst experience mlneyminded, unethical, zero hospitality. They made me wait on road for 2 hours with family. Never ever book tjks hotel.

Arrange food in the hotel itself. Premise is good. Distance from business area is far. Hence food preparation and serving in premises itself will be good.
