The boating experience was very good with polite staff and clean surroundings. Food was good too. We have travel-led in nova 1st week with a 2 year kid, so cleanliness was a primary need, which was taken care by k era boathouse team very well.

Our stay at Kera Houseboat was the perfect finale to our Kerala trip. From check-in to check-out, every detail was meticulously handled, making us feel truly cared for. The food was exceptional, and the staff were warm, attentive, and highly professional. They thoughtfully attended to all our needs, especially given that we were traveling with a two-year-old. The views were breathtaking, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing—a memorable experience we’ll cherish for a lifetime.

Awesome service standards exhibited by kera houseboat service staff, really helpful and courteous! very clean and tidy houseboat especially (the room & washroom, food (ved & non veg) served was truly delectable! one thing which i would like to compliment is their punctuality, everything on time, no delay whatsoever. I would really recommend kera houseboat to everyone, the experience will be one of a kind!

It was an unforgettable experience of staying on a houseboat for a day. We started sailing around 12 pm, made a stop somewhere in the backwaters to have some delicious lunch and then continued the ride till evening. In the night as well, a tasty meal was served complimented by watching some cricket on the tv. Again, in the morning, some fresh south indian breakfast was served while we were in the backwaters again, this time for a short ride ending at 9 am just before check-out. I would definitely recommend this experience.

Thanks to entire kera boathouse team for making our journey memorable and cherished. All staff members are polite and very humble. The best part was the boathouse food and that evening ride. I truly recommend this to all those families who wants have a pleasant stay.

Location is near to ksrtc bus stand allepey and easily reachable by auto. Food is very nice and kerala style cooking. Neatness and cleanliness is very good.

Wonder experience, the staff mr. Vishu and mr. Hari is very nice in giving services. Personally i don't get a strange feeling, they treated us as friends. The food was tasty quality and the quantity quiet enough. Overall worthy vocation.

Boat is very beautiful. Clean. Staffs are very cordial and friendly. Very much care for children. They allowed us to cook for my daughter in their kitchen. They served us very well. Must visit once.
