The hotel is located at lbs marg in mumbai with very good infrastructure. The room were well maintained, clean and good condition. The staff were kind and caring with good soft skills

room & hotel maintenance is very hygienic. very friendly management. everytime responding polite way management persons. room size is very small but it's ok for 2 people i stay 2days in this hotel for us biometric (this hotel is 100 % highly recommended for middle peoples and best suite for middle peoples one of the best budget friendly hotel ). near us embassy...biometric & interview. and also easy travel to mumbai city through local trains near station is kurla railway station. very cheap to travel local trains and city busses in mumbai (kf residency to kurla railway station bywalkable distance only ) different types of foods also available near kf residency hotel no need to order online.. i like tamilianz tifens near kf residency hotel. don't bother other comments i will very strong 100 💯 recommendation for middle peoples and very best budget friendly. before coming mumbai you can book hotel in online website only.. because suddenly rooms not available in hotel. only one negative point is check in and check out timings if you want some requirements to stay in hotel, you have to give up some requirements. this is my policy...

We were comfortable with our stay. There is a need of providing gujarati food for regional taste. Otherwise everything is fine. Cleanliness is satisfactory.
