The stay was wonderful. Care taker shehzad was exceptional. He was always there for help. Property is well maintained and have a lush green lawn having gazebo as well. Very close to dal lake if you are looking for comfort at a decent price. Just go for this property.

Excellent location. Have both dal lake and mountain view. Can order food with the caretaker or can order food from zomato or swiggy for which the caretaker will assist for service. The building will give a vintage feel. For this type of accommodation normally the hotel chains used to charge 10000+ for a night. Owner is very proactive and asked for our preferences in advance. All were very helpful

No faculties provided regarding luggage dinner only one old lady think owner was helping other staff was not their. Lady was good
