I brought my family from pune to visit my cousins' for diwali. Good stay, good locality, great experience. The attendant was extremely responsive, and also helped with instantly delivering any items for sustenance (like garbage bags and water bottles. The watchman was also very helpful, and the house was kept clean on a daily basis.

First thing is they have their rooms on 4th floor. Before accommodating they should make sure lifts are working. We faced a very big trouble with lift. No lift service.

No housekeeping checkin was a big hassle. They had given our room to someone else (taken double booking. When they gave us the room it was dirty. Kitchen was unusable. Over-all place was very dirty.
