Room with Water leaking roof , Water was at slowest speed, WiFi too slow, breakfast was delayed, Staff not so active and not attentive, geyser was not working night and early morning, hotel enquiry numbers are not reachable at night or early morning.

This hotel completely ruined what should have been a great trip to Darjeeling. The room was damp, dusty, and smelled horrible. The bathroom was wet, the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up, and the geyser didn’t work — we were told to use another room’s bathroom instead. No intercom, no toiletries, no drinking water, filthy kettle, and WiFi that never worked. To reach reception we had to call/WhatsApp the manager, which was useless without a local SIM or working internet. Breakfast was a joke — promised options but served oily, tasteless food (sometimes bought from outside) and often no tea at all. The hotel location is also a complete lie — it’s over 1 km uphill from Mall Road, not “0.1 km” as listed. I’ve stayed in many hotels, including Summit Barsana in Kalimpong on the same trip (which was excellent), and this was by far the worst. Save yourself the stress — do not stay here under any circumstances.

The experience was very bad. The price we paid is not justified at all. Firstly, they provided us a room whose roof was leaking and secondly the other room which they provided was not the worth to stay. Washroom was stinking horribly. We even experienced electricity cutoff. Overall the experience was not good and i dont recommend anyone.

I inquired at your reception and was informed that the room. However, the rate displayed on the site. I would like to understand the reason behind this significant price difference. Additionally, I found that the standard of the room and the service provided did not match the expectations set by the higher listed rate. I believe this should be addressed to avoid misleading future guests. Kindly clarify the pricing discrepancy and let me know if any corrective measures can be taken.

The stay was very good.. the staff was very polite and the host himself was a pleasure to talk to. Food was delicious and the prices was reasonable.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Kings Bridge Suite during my recent trip to Darjeeling. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the Mall Road with breathtaking views of the hills. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The staff were courteous and very helpful throughout our stay. Special mention to the in-house restaurant—the food was delicious and served fresh every time. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful yet central location. Will definitely stay here again .
