My stay at the hotel was really good. I was worried at first because i have ocd, but the place was very clean. The service was great, and the hotel is at a high spot with a beautiful view and good trekking areas. Definitely worth it. Done !

The cottage has a beautiful view, surrounded by greenery. As a solo female traveler, i felt very safe here. The rooms were very good for the price, and the cleanliness was 5/5. The caretaker, jeet, was very humble, and the food, especially the authentic pahadi cuisine, was excellent. I would love to come here again with my family. The night view was breathtaking

Weather is awesome so the view is so pleasant and beds are comfortable and bathroom is clean 24*7 hot water and easily accessible to main tourist spots

Kings cottage is a serene beautiful home away from home. We extended our stay for 2 more days due to service provided and the calm and peace the place gave us. I would like to mention the owner divyanshu and caretaker jeet specially because they are such beautiful human beings. Will surely visit again.

There was nothing artificial about the property, both the caretakers were so homely and cooked such delicious food that i will remember for a long time. The stay was comfortable with parking facility for 2 cars inside the gate and it can accommodate another 4 cars outside also. I will visit again as i have to visit ranikhet but will stay at this property.

5. Kings cottage is very nicely located on main padampuri road. Ample parking space. Attendants are very cooperative. Food is available at extra cost. Valley view is magnificent. You can also do paragliding nearby. Nainital is 17 kms and mukteshwar is 23 kms

To live in this cottage in a rainy season is bless. Homely food cooked by the cook here. Great view of hills from balcony of the wooden room. Less noisy. Good if u want peaceful holiday homestay. You can enjoy paragliding nearby in bhimtal and many other sports activity in sattal which is around 9 km from here. Overall experience is great.

The host are super nice and amazing. The location is not far from bhimtal neither in the city. Just makes it perfect. The view is also good and gets lots of sun in winters. Nice experience overall. The hosts 5/5 specially for providing local pahadi dishes.

It was located in totally isolated locations but view was beautiful
