The room which I stayed, the room is not so clean including the washroom. The flush is not working. Place, service, food are all ok.

It is good hotel in terms of condition and service, hotel staff are also very polite and ready to help you. Location wise hotel is good and near to airport about 5 km, but there is a construction going on at a distance of about 1 km from the hotel towards airport, so no taxi wala want to go to airport from that side and takek long way to get you anywhere in the city. So sometimes its hard to get any taxi to go anywhere in city coz of that flyover construction and jam due to that. Location wise nearest metro station is - belgacia, about 2 km away, and landmark for hotel is- adjacent to Shelly Cinema, Shyam Nagar. Food is so good in taste. Overall, after the flyover is constructed it would be a very good hotel. At present it is a so-so hotel.

Nice hotel with all facilities available, good for boys day out, located in jessore road and 10 mins drive from airport, nice food available in the hotel and good for those who enjoy nightlife and disco is also located in the hotel. Staff are well behaved and co operative, One can enjoy a good time in Kolkata. This is located just opposite to famous Arsalan restaurant. Breakfast was good, Suite room is just superb and also they have started renovating other room as well. Will definitely return to this paradise again.

Its nice to stay. Room is OK ... But some sound its soo badly in night for the singing bar dancing bar .. On the other side its a entertainment place for bachelor. Family hotel ufff no. But service and other is OK.

Staff are very friendly and caring. What ever problems faced resolved very quickly. A good hotel to stay. Food in the restaurant is very well prepared. Rooms should have been maintained better. Reception staff to be complemented for quick check in.

I had booked for a premium room at Kingston Hotel. I had stayed earlier on one other occasion and that was not a good experience. However this time around I got a good room which was clean and maintained well. The staff at the reception was courteous and quick. A bit noisy but not a bad option at all if you are a solo traveler. This hotel is a big no for families.

Good hotel for bachelors to enjoy, not suitable for family. Service is a little bit slow. Location is good near to airport but cab fellow don't know the name of the hotel. Night bar is there to enjoy fully but a bit noisy. Overall good for friends to enjoy but not good for family.

Very nice property for singles. Not recommended for families and couples as Hotel has its own a disco bar. For singles they can enjoy the full night. Rooms are clean and neat. Their services are also good. Very near to Airport but not recommended if your flight is in early morning as dance bar is working till 0200Am. Food is very good at the restaurant. It is very worth budget hotel.

The Hotel was average with basic amenities working fine if you're travelling alone. The Hotel have live performances at night so it may bother few as the noise is audible till the rooms.
