The rooms were clean. I have stayed at lot of 4 star hotels, but found this room and service better. Will make sure i would stay here next time i am at kochi

I was staying with my family at kira palace. The stay was pleasant. Rooms were clean, well maintained and the location was very peaceful and calm. Hotel staff were very nice and well behaved. I had to cut my trip short and leave earlier due to an unrelated personal matter. The staff (sushanth) was super cool and helpful with the cancellation and refund process. Inf-act he even called a day later to confirm if the cancellation had gone through. Over all very good experience. Will stay there again for my next trip.

Location not great. No inhouse restaurant. Room and washroom were excellent. Service good. Tea, coffee arrangement in room.

I had a great stay at kira palace residency. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Had enough facilities for a stay of 2-5 days. I would definitely recommend kira palace residency to a friend or colleague. Done.

I had a really great time staying at this place. The staff was extremely helpful. The room was spacious enough too. The room felt a little luxurious. All the furniture was of great quality too. It was definitely worth the price.

The check in was late. So the hotel offered us late check out. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were neat and clean, room size could be a bit better.

Very happy pleasant and comfortable stay. Price is cheaper compared to other hotels rooms are well maintained, clean and hygiene. Close to amritha hospital and national highway. Staffs were nice i highly recommend it
