Terrible Stay
It's a very great and majestic experience in staying in Kishanpura Haveli. The staffs were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. … I highly recommend for everyone marvellous and majestic travel stay in Jaipur!!!

The property is average. The staff is helpful but our washroom was terrible (the room was on terrace)

Very bad experience
Room service was very poor, no restaurant in the property, kitchen service is very poor. Room size is very small

Open space to sit
It was good experience. Place was neat and clean also there was open space to sit. The entire staff is polite and helpful. And breakfast was okay.

Hotel housekeeping not done regularly and in house cooking and restaurant not available and also limited breakfast items available (5 items only) but staff are polite to speak no unwanted noises at night time as hotel far away (300mtr) from road

Pleasant stay
It was a very pleasant stay. The place is very peaceful and clean. The rooms were quite spacious. The staff is very pleasant and respectful. The service was really nice. My overall stay was really great. Would higly recommend.

Average Stay
Pictures can deceive, the room condition is pathetic. Broken roof of bathroom and dampness in the rooms. Garden not maintained. Only good thing was sitting area on terrace.

Good Stay
Hotel room was nice, staff gestures were excellent, but in breakfast variety was limited and moreover were not good in taste. Parking space was not proper( like dedicated parking space) but yes was manageable. Will recommend the place if you want to have a neat and clean room with good washroom but you won’t get a tasty breakfast.

Terrible Stay
Condition of the hotel the room i had booked i had to change because it didn't match the photos. i did the booking till 22nd january but due to poor conditions i checked out on 20th night itself.

Overpriced
The hotel is located in a residential area (colony) with no views. The suit room is spacious and clean. But there were no wardrobes or almirahs. In fact there were no hangers on the wall to hang the clothes. Photographs shop mattress and cushions on tbe stage by the side of windows. But actually, there were no cushions or mattesses. They dont provide any consummables (tea or coffee packets. The food was average, but definitely overpriced. Staff is polite, but not professional.

staff not supporting because he is asking my wife id also in night and then morning he asking same question, i booked deluxe room and he is not providing extra matters in this room so i am changed room and paid rs. 500.00extra for room changing and also paid against extra matters.

As i can see that you have mentioned few points in the review which can not be suitable to our service standard. 1- it is mandatory and government rules to have all the adult occupants id cards whatsoever relationship are there between the guests. 2- you booked classic room not deluxe room. 3- you booked for 02 guests but you came 03 guest. 4- you paid just inr 600- for room upgrade and extra mattress. We request you to not misuse of this platform and provide genuine information. Regards

Perfect royal stay
It's a superb place to stay you can have a feel of royal stay here food is amazing just like home staff is too courteous and polite foremost the owner himself helped me late night for my baby's food and early packing food superb a must stay place yes there garden is amazing you won't miss yours
