Review Of Kiva Beach Resort

Hotel was good. Food was awesome but mattress were too old and were going inside when sleeping. We couldn't sleep properly in room.

Stay was good. But location is not safe and scary. Food options are not available. Only thali is available

There was no one at the reception when electricity went off for more than 2hrs in the morning and no water was there in the tap.

Rooms are untidy. Bedsheets are torn. Hot water is not available. Apart from the hotel staff and location nothing is good. Breakfast is limited and only one option available. Not worth paying 3500- per night.

This is a very nice resort with cleanliness around. The food is awesome and the staff is very helpful. I had a very nice time here. Thank you.

Very pathetic hotel most worst part is the powet was continue-sly going in every 1 hour and the back up was also not put on by the ownet after many request he use to put generator. Half night

Let me give honest review i will not recommend this resort, in fact you can keep it last option if you are not getting anything else, because there is frequent electricity cut, despite of having generator backup you have to beg to them to start it, for that you have to go out of room as there is no intercom facility, during my stay on first day there is low voltage whole night so ac not working and fan also moving slowly, i havd my 6 months baby with me, which was unable to sleep whole night, there was no one reaponding till next morning, and although food is nice but its overpriced, and you have to pure order almost before 3hrs, as the in house restaurant is not fully functional, hotel needs to improve many things, will rate it 2. 5 stars.

The property is good and the pool was clean too. The service is limited and the food options are very less. Everything looks great but need a lot of maintenance. The bed isn’t comfortable at all. Overall it’s average place but closest to the beach. Die
