Arrogant behaviour by the staff and his friends especially they were unaware about the booking making us very difficult.

*1/5 - disappointing stay* we booked this accommodation for 3 people, but were shocked to find that the space was only suitable for 2. This was just the beginning of our disappointing stay. Basic amenities like drinking water were not provided, and the cleanliness of the space was severely lacking. The bed sheets were not changed for the entire duration of our stay - 4 days and 3 nights. This was unacceptable and made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Overall, our experience was subpar, and we would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

The parking space was too tight for a car. And extra pillows were denied at the reception. The room had no ventilation and was 28*c at november month. Especially no water bottles were provided. Pols avoid
