Wonderful experience. With great views from the balcony. We upgraded to royal room it had a wonderful swing and solid wood sofa set, dining and study along with the double bed. Very spacious and airy. Great location

Rooms are good, just in front of nainital lake. Balcony view and sitting area is good. Complimentary breakfast is not at all ok. 100 metres from bus stand, people who don't want to pay extra must take a bus from haldwani bus stand it takes 70 rupees only till nainital 50 metres from mall road. It is a non stop comfortable govt bus and is far far better than taking cabs or you can rent a bike. You can take a boat from nearby hotel to naina devi temple and gurdwara it takes rs. 210 per boat. You can rent rickshaw or e rickshaw for rs. 20 per head on mall road. The hotel is on the very start of mall road so if one loves a crowded place can take hotel on mall road which is approx 400-500 metres ahead pf this hotel.

Location is awesome. Food quality needs improvement. Safety is quite good.

This property and staff service is terrible, i have paid to makemytrip rs9200- for this property stay of two nights based on your feedback but the room i have offered by them have no similarly what makemytrip offered w hike booking. The room has no landfone to order food & even for two night stay no room service to change & clean the room. Every time i order tea / coffee / snacks or food have to visit reception which is in other wing. Makemytrip has overcharged me here. Zero service level and totally horrible experience and even wasted my trip.
