I booked a sea view room, although it is sea facing room but the view is blocked because of trees but 4th floor has little sea view. Staff is really helpful, polite and provide service 24hr. There's no lunch and dinner at this place but there are lot of options nearby and outside food is allowed inside.

We booked beach view turtle balcony toom, view was great from the room, food is also ghod, less-oily, homemade food kinda taste. Also the great thing is beach is just 1 min walkable fistance only

Pros: 1. We were allowed to check in early without any extra cost as the room was ready, so that's a huge plus. 2. Ambience was great. 3. Rooms were clean and spacious enough to install another bed. 4. The bathroom was attractive with a bathtub, with attached small dressing room. 5. Beach was just 70m away. Neutrals: The room we stayed in had a partial beach view because of trees. We could hear the roar of sea waves but couldn't see properly. Cons: Lift was under maintenance, but I won't reduce points for that as we enjoyed the crafts and showpieces on our way up.

Room service was quick. Breakfast was good. Great service.

Beautiful Rooms with a great sea view. Very delicious complementary breakfast. Special thanks to the Manager Mr Akhil for making our stay very comfortable. Hotel takes some time for food orders as they cook only after getting order and that ensures freshly prepared good. Overall a very comfortable and memorable stay. Will definitely come again.

I enjoyed lot in this hotel, staff is helpful and cooperation nature, hotel is situated to near Kovalam beach, food is also good, room was clean ... Only draw back is room light and fan are on or off is same switch. So I feel problem to off the light. When I off light than fan also off.

Warm welcome by the management. Very polite behavior with customers. Room is good and the amenities are also nice. Being very near to the beach, we enjoyed a lot. Over all nice experience.

It is located just on the Kovalam Beach. The beach is only visible from the sea view type of rooms. It is spacious though do not have a working restaurant. Overall good experience.

Kovalam Beach is approx a minute walk from here. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are really good and helpful. Stay here. Without giving a second thought.

Everything was nice apart from breakfast menu, only 3 choice. Hotels bathroom is too small.
