In good location ....near to Airport

room was not upto cleaning and small cockroach in the room

Very bad experience, Room provided AC not working and cooling, their property owner also observed but didn't do anything I had checked in at 9.45AM , post check in suddenly I got a call of early check in charges .I had to shout on them I had ordered for food 2 items , one item given within 15 minutes, but second item didn't come waited till 11pm for which I call the reception and room service, first they had told not received the order, when I replied that property owner came and took the order then cook told he will cook and send in 15 minutes but I had told to cancel and provide anything immediately available then cook told he prepared another item for other people some 1/4 portion is there which I will serve and will not charge. Morning when I was checking out I had got the with 2 item in which 2 item not given, Again I had to clarify but 1/4 portion of food given they had billed , I had paid as I was having train at 9.30am and need to rush. Worst part there is no proper receipt for payment done, they had receipt on debit voucher. Future I will not book this property and recommend anyone.

Breakfast need to be upgraded.

the room service was not available, the breakfast timings were late, restaurant facilities were not available, the washroom door wasn't closing,.... overall experience was not at all good...

Room was decent and clean. Only complaint is that the kitchen won't serve lunch snacks and dinner including tea in the evening

Hotel was good and location also good. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Service staff also good and attentive. Over all will suggest the same to others.

Good and economical within budget, breakfast ok, need to have pantry or restaurant for dining purpose, food have to be ordered from outside.

Hotel is located on the main road, room is very basic and few of the rooms did not have basic amenities working (i. E. Washroom exhaust, commode)

The staff was humble and very helpful, making our stay comfortable. Basic services like clean toilets and fresh bedsheets were well maintained. Overall, a good and pleasant stay.

I lost rs 500, due to not issued of gst bill on booking amount. Reception staff was denying for issuing bill on behalf of you. He said that, we are providing bill to make my trip customer.

I am 72 and my wife 68, both had to carry my luggage from reception to room which was on fourth floor. Room was small with no balcony. The restaurant with 4 page menu card was not working. However we can get tea once. While leaving hotel they denied the bill of stay, saying, online booking is not liable to get reciept. There were no hangers in wardrobe. After reminding thrice also hangers are not provided. Even bath towels also we had to demand. The lift condition was poor. The door got locked once. We got down using stairs which had no lights. Total ambiance was poor. We demanded hot drinking water at night, but they provided kitly after a long wait. Overall the stay in this hotel was not satisfactory at all
