Rooms are neat hygienic, spacious but bit old fashioned especiallydoors, ac andwindows. Ample parking space, gym facility available.

Good location. Staff behavior very good. Bathroom to be modified. Mosquitoes is not tolerable. In short even if the room is spacious, certain modifications to be done according to this generation.

The location is in the heart of the Town, with ample parking space. This was our second visit and stay in the hotel. Service is excellent and courteous staff. Saw the restaurant has been renovated to an ac one. Overall wonderful stay.

Hotel location was good and easy to reach. Room was good, the room i got was little difficult to reach. Otherwise a nice stay. If you are not getting 4000 series rooms then it's good i think.

Had a 1 night stay with family, room quality is decent but not excellent, room service, hospitality was very good, complimentary breakfast was good, night time we had a very good dinner with customisable option provided by restaurant team quality of food, taste was excellent.

It was an unexpected overnight stay. The room was adequate, pretty clean and functional. The food was served hot and quite tasty, if a bit too oily. Met the expectations.

Fast check-in, clean room, good food, and room service. Towels could be made cleaner. Buffet breakfast item replenishment was very slow. One of the staff wanted to know how early I would check out when I requested the front desk for a morning wake up call. No cloakroom was available for luggage.

The location, facilities were good. The reception staff and the service staff are courteous and helpful. The premises are kept neat and clean. The only fault I found was that the WiFi did not work. I was told by the staff that the internet would start after two or three attempts, but unfortunately it did not. Apart from this issue, no other complaints.

This is an established hotel right next to Press Club in Palakkad and so is well known. It has the basic facilities one would expect but it is in a (relatively) smaller town so expectations have to be adjusted as well. The food is good (they have an AC and non-AC restaurant) and I liked the restaurant staff. At check-out, the receptionist wanted me to pay in cash which I found rather troubling since we are trying to go cashless in India and I had a debit card and a credit card available to pay! I did end up paying with my card after I insisted that I do.

When selecting a budget hotel, i expect bed sheet and comforter clean and neat. It was dirty and room was stinky. Furniture and interior is okay even-though old. Floor and walls are neat and newly painted. Common areas good. Toilet not bad. Many hotel management s do not give importance to towels, bed sheets, pillow, bed and comforter. These are very important as far as i am concerned along with toilet
