Rooms were clean and good. Washroom jet spray was not functional. Staffs were all polite and good. Overall all good.

The staff was polite and professional that was the only good thing about the place. In terms of hygiene it was really bad. The sheets were dirty there was hair under the duvet, and the duvet had lipstick stains. The bathroom had a bad smell. They did their best to clean it but the smell didn’t go. They did offer to change our room but the other rooms had their own issues.

Extremely horrible stay experience. The resort is filthy. Everything is dirty from the bedsheets to the curtains to the bathroom, everything. Cockroch roaming everywhere in the room. Bathroom was stinking. And the worst part was the attitude form their staff named shamsher, he continuously made dirty faces like we are asking for unreasonable things when we asked to change the sheets and clean the bathroom or atleast change our room. If they want to provide substandard services, then go ahead and do that. But don't put up clean looking pictures of the room and hotel. MMT you should do some site visits before allowing this kind of resorts to be listed on your site. Wasted alot of money, wasn't cheap even. Oh to top it the breakfast plates were also not clean. We checked out the next day when we had a 3 days stay. And cancelled our group booking. Don't have any proper pictures because we were so disgusted to touch anything, even go a bedsheet form Swiggy to survive the day.

The staff was very helpful, I had booked two rooms One had no complaints very clean, but the other one was clean but had cockroaches, other than that all was perfectly fine

very badly managed, no service, bad,

no bathtub and kitchen microvave as mentioned in photos. they haven't checked if room was in good condition. they directly gave a room where tv ac fridge none of it worked. after check in we had to really work hard to get this sorted.

Indeed a good stay... Only restaurant price is stopping me from rating the hotel as value for money. Rest- Location, ambience, cleanliness, staff behaviour, services all are upto the mark.

The property is in a good location. The services are really good — they help exactly the way you ask them to. But the spa was not good; it was open for three days, yet they kept making excuses and said it wasn’t available. The vegetarian restaurant was nice.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed on, Breakfast was included on my package but it was difficult to had it because food was getting finished very quickly and they were taking good amount of time to refill. Even ready to eat stuff like bread, butter, drink, fruit was getting finished and they took almost 20-30 min to refill. They Demanded 1000rs for early checkin, we paid to them for that but the remaining 2 rooms we got at late night and no compensation for that. They were not ready to clean the room neither ready to give the fresh towels regularly. While checkout they asked us for extra money as we requested them for just 30 min late checkout that also for just 1 room. We did not received the proper facilities everything we need ask they took good amount of time to fullfill it, like hairdryer or any other stuff Room does not have kettel or any other service

Location is amazing. But overall room is bad. Not at all maintained. No wifi, light frequently keeps going. No kettle in the room. We had two rooms booked. They Charged extra for 1hr early checkin but gave us the second room after an hour of checkin time.

The experience was very good the staff lwere very helpfull and polite, its a must visit place if you are staying in colva. The swimming pool is great and the rooms and resort is same as shown in the picture. We will love to revisit this resort. It felts safe as we were all girls

Entire stay was pathetic experience. Rooms were dirty and filled with cockroachs And entire property stinks with cigarette smell. Definitely not recommending for family Food was horrible.

location is Good food quality is good but so costly room service was good enough overall nice stay

Resorts location is great, very close to serene and clean beaches. The staff is humble welcoming and cooperative. The property is thoughtfully designed and very well maintained! The breakfast and service in their restaurants is top notch. The rooms are great too and super clean. Restaurant staff is very cooprative. Spl THANKS LIMA AND PANGO they serving very delicious Food. Restaurant Chef is ultimate Spl Thanks to Chef also he made my day.

location is very good, old and worn out towels, water bottle supplied ( Tata copper) can't be open without muscles, food is average in taste, service is average and kitchen cleanliness is doubtful.Even complaining on food also don't bother them. Swimming pool is really good. Staff behaviour is good but poorly trained

Nice property and stay very good . It’s nice hospitality. Want to visit again if went Goa again .such a nice ambience like 5 star
