It is with a lot of agony and uncomfortable experience. I and my family had not had a horrible experience like this at krishna cottages digha. Firstly we had booked 2 rooms for a family of 6 people which included charges for extra person. As you can see from the attached photo and the call made to your customer care on the night of 23th march when we requested for the blanket or comforter we were not provided. We were only provided with extra mattress and bedding without blankets and it was very uncomfortable to sleep without any blanket. When requested we were met with only a stern response that no blanket or comforter is available. The customer care promised to resolve it but couldn’t as the calls to owner were not answered. Secondly, we had selected the hotel due to the swimming pool as we wanted to have a family time there were various other options available however we choose this property for swimming pool and comfortable rooms. As you can see from the photo the pool was not clean, it was smudge and untreated water which was dark green in colour. Thirdly the property was new but clearly not well maintained as there were cockroaches in the room and washroom as you can see from the attached pictures. Fourthly, the service and the behaviour of the staff was awful. In the name of breakfast buffet there was only pratha and puri bhaji and no options available. As you can see from the attached pictures we were provided with quarter of omelette on 4 plates each when we asked for 4 plates omelette. The breakfast was served after waiting for more than 40 mins, and the staff and manager did not had the courtesy to provide the breakfast to us instead were rude enough to have breakfast themselves while we were waiting for more than 40 mins. Further when we had asked for bread toast, we were provided with toast with jam removed from extra bread jam as can be seen with marks of jam on plain bread toast.
