Poor Stay
the person that was present in the reception was very rude and was arguing. he also charged us extra amount and was not listening to us . not expected this type of behaviour.the room shown in pictures is different then that of reality.

Your booking is for 8 adult & 4kid of 6year. Where as you have 5 child out of them 1 is 14years, 1 is 13 years & 1 is 12years. Thats why you are charged extra 500. Relating to check out our time schedule is 8A.M & we provide 1 hour extra after that we provide space for store your logage. So I am sorry for any kind of inconvenience.
