The hotel is little interior from main road and the approach road is poor. The hotel stay was good. Room size, cleanliness was good, staff response was polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Overall excellent stay experience other than bad approach road. Restaurant interior article nice one

Hi. We had a 2 day stay and enjoyed it a lot. Rooms allotment were as per our request. Rooms are well maintained and hygienic. Food was excellent and customized as per our requirement. Morning breakfast was well arranged and served. The staff are polite and helpful. The location is calm and greenery.

A fancy business hotel resort!

We had a gr 8 stay at the krown palace resort recently. The hotel is newly built property with good hospitality staff. The manager mr. Sanju & general manager mr. George are very cooperative and happy to help. The only let down is the location of the property in an industrial zone which makes it look like a fancy business hotel resort. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers.

It is a hotel not a resort category property

This place is not a resort category. It can be a hotel. They have not that much facility than one resort should have. Location wise it's below average. I have planned for two nights but returned in one night only.

In dinner they provide onion only as salad as per hotel standards. They don’t provide touth kit, breakfast list so small as according to room fare. Climate is good, hotel rooms are clean and amenities are good too.
