Had a comfortable stay. The room was good and so was the service. Highly recommended.

Very rude and unprofessional behaviour. Made us to wait to comllete their laundary work. Towels and bedsheets were Stinking. No amenities were provided.

It was a very pleasant and memorable experience. Hotel manager Riyaz was a thorough gentleman. He was so helpful right from arranging Cab services to extending support in pre and post admission formalities. He also guided us in city tour and Safari details at Bandipur. Room was also very clean AC , geyser was very good. Overall, my stay was truly a memorable one.

Worst property. Pathetic location to commute from . The room was just fine but the blankets were disgusting and nasty . Despite requesting for a change of blanket , the person in charge denied arguing that it is clean.

Our stay in KSR Galaxy is good. As far as the hotel is concerned the ambience was nice but a little improvement in maintenance is required. Curtains and mattresses are not looking neat and clean. The location where the hotel is situated is not so good public toilet is situated 3 buildings next to the hotel. The website mentioned Including breakfast but there is no hotel restaurant. The owner took us to near by restaurant for breakfast. Hotel is a budget stay only.

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay at Ksrgalaxy hotel. Staff here is so friendly and so helpful in any kind of work we have. I highly recommend you to stay here if you have to roam and visit inside the city . It’s the best place to go around city and it’s less distance from here .
