Stay is awsome location also good but the restaurant only provides pure ordered foods only. If we want one more chappathy/paratha they wont provide it, there are no other restaurants near by the premise

Nice and comfortable stay. Good food. The surroundings was not that lush green, maybe due to the summer heat. Malampuzha gardens was not maintained properly, was not upto expectation.

Nestled in the mountains, my stay at the hotel was peaceful, especially with the rainy weather. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, exceeding my expectations. It's gonna be in my fave list now.

It is well maintained by ktdc, one boy namely ajay in the reception helped me pleasingly and made by trip home out of home, food is little costlier, bar is third grade, bar man behaved like a rowdy, over all ambience, atmosphere, maintenance all very good, good hotel budget friendly

This is a wonderful place to stay, with large, neat rooms and a beautiful view. Though they do not have s large contingent of staff, the location more than compensates for it. However, travellers are advised to tell the staff beforehand in case they require food, because food is paired strictly on the basis of prior information to avoid wastage.

This is the second time we decided to stay at this place. It is very ideally located- right next to the malampuzha dam and gardens. It has huge rooms which is perfect for those traveling with families and huge groups. Staff is also very good and they accommodated all our needs.

Beautifull, scenic location amid-st mountains, flora and fauna. Huge one floored building with row rooms. Well maintained amenities and facilities. Excellent hospitality. Tasty and reasonably priced food, though not many varieties. On the whole excellent stay experience.
