Rooms and surrounding is clean and beautiful. Breakfast is good. Location is perfect for exploring places near allepey and kumarkom.

A place of scenic beauty. Good lake view and comfortable rooms. The seating at lakeside was an added boon. The premises were well maintained and calm giving us a relaxing time away from the hustle of urban life. The staff were extremely hospitable and restaurant facility with room service was quite good. Overall we had a wonderful time there.

Perfect place in allepey

Just next to backwater, it’s one of the best place to stay in allepey at affordable price. The rooms are very clean, food is well.

The stay was comfortable as the property is very well situated on the amazing view of the lake. I think they need to work on the food quality as the taste needs to be enhanced for the wide diversity of tourists visiting the property.

It was a wonderful stay. Rooms were clean and tidy. Buffet breakfast could have been better. Options were limited. The paid buffet dinner was outstanding.

Cleaned room, good location, good food. Excellent behaviour of staffs. Nice stay. On the bank of vembanad lake. Full view of lake, full greenery cleaned campus. Boating, ayurveda centre other tourist places are nearby.

Stayed here for one day on the way from thekkady to alleppey. The property owned by ktdc is situated just beside vembanad lake. It provides beautiful view of lake and the band. The resort is well spacious with beautiful gardens and lawns inside. There’s cycle to roam inside resort. Food is very nice. And the rooms are clean spacious and comfortable.

Excellent location. Go for the lake side rooms. Lovely ambience. Friendly people. Don't expect extravaganza. Best value for money property for those who want to spend some time in kumarakom. A decently maintained kerala government property. Beer parlor also available
