Above average stay
Stay was peaceful, although very less option in food menu food was good. Way to thwart parking was very steep but ample space is there.

familyThe room and service facilities are on average, but complete unprofessional behaviour from property owner. We had an issue regarding booking and tried to reach owner three to four times but he was neither picking up our call nor calling back ☹️. They are considering child with age more than 5 years as an adult and accordingly apply rates and rooms🫣

Greetings from Kufri Greens! Sir You Yourself Booked 2 Rooms for 1 adult and 1 Child in each Room. If You had checked our policy you would have seen that We Allow 2 children under the Age of 12 In A Room with 2 Adults(max. And We have A Cancellation Policy and Modification Policy for the Booking 72 hrs before the Check in time but you didn't Cancel or Modified your Booking at that time also. And thrice Our Manager and other Staff Member met You and briefed you about the Policy and that we cannot Cancel your 1 room out of 2 rooms that you had booked(that also after 5 hrs of your Check in time) and still you insisted to Cancel your 1 Room. You should have Gone through our Hotel's Policy and also Should Check the details while filling out the Booking Details. But Still, We wish to Host You Again! Thanks & Regards!
Excellent Stay
Kufri greens is an awesome homestay. Excellent service. Food is so yummy. They are taking care of us like a baby. They have parking just opposite where we stay and they provide heater and breakfast. I totally enjoyed the homestay and scenery. One of the best stays ever, highly recommended those who choose.

Great place to stay, the view and staff are amazing. Food is also good compared to other places. Cottage is made of woods. Extra charges for heater -400

Spacious clean stay with no kettle in chilling winter
Rooms and clean bathrooms are quite big with wooden flooring, but it took eternity for heater to warm up the room in winter at below zero degree, no kettles in the room but catering provides hot water which taste bad so took mineral bottle and cold water caused throat problems. Booking says shared kitchen can be access for cooking small meals but was denied by staff. Good view outside near to main road and steep decline to reach but staffs were provided for carrying luggage.

familyRoom size was good. But not properly cleaned. Lack of general facilities. Owner charged rs 400 extra for room heater.

Christmas Celebration
groupWe went to kufri and stay there, it is situated at a very good place everything is good. It’s just that it’s a little costly as they have charged money for the salad as well. Upon asking for stay a little bit ahead of checkout time they told us to charge 1000₹ per hour. However, service was brilliant and everyone behaved very good.

Hi, the property is very good but needs more amenities included. I had to pay for basic heater also like add on which i feel should be basic standard inclusion in any rooms during winter. Nothing else
