Found the report online and turned out to be super good. Location is a bit outside of the city, but public transportation is very convenient. The only complaint is the floor of the room, which was chilly as there is no floor tiles. Food was super tasty and the staff was very welcoming.

Kurja resort is a beautiful place to stay with greenery and peace all around. Rooms are good, food is very good and the staff is very helpful and polite.

The place is in a quite area and gives good vibes. We did not try the food here but the services seemed to be good. Overall we had a peaceful stay.

I had booked a standard room at kurja resort. The amenities and the cleanliness of sheets could have been better. The staff were qelcoming and cordial. Overall an average experience.

The property looks really nice at furst, but the person who checked me in to the property was really rude. I had taken the package with breakfast and dinner or lunch. I asked them if i can opt for the lunch, he bluntly said you should have informed earlier, now we can't arrange for lunch. There is no where mentioned that we need to inform the hotel before or planned day of arrival that which meals are we planning to have or not. The rooms have a funny smell. The toiletries being given are have used by the previous occupants, the washroom smells and leaks and there are a lot more problems that we faced during our stay. I would suggest if you want to book it, do so only if you are traveling in a group of around 15-20 people else avoid.

Misleading advertisement and disappointing

My recent stay at kurja hotel balsam-and in jodhpur left me deeply disappointed. When booking, the room images showcased swiss tent rooms, which appeared luxurious and spacious. However, upon arrival, we were placed in what seemed to be servant quarters, a glaring mismatch and a clear case of misleading advertising. The standard rooms were shockingly small, with the bed dominating 70-80% of the space, and no cupboards were provided for storage. The quality of the bedsheets and bedcovers left much to be desired, further adding to our discomfort. After enduring a few hours of this subpar experience, we couldn't bear it any longer and opted to book another hotel. The unkempt patio and entrance only added to our disappointment. Kurja hotel balsamand's misrepresentation and lackluster accommodations made it a regrettable choice for our stay in jodhpur.

1. Property is completely unhygienic. 2. They way to standard room was too dark that we have to use torch to reach it and there is no lights on the way 3. Room allocated looks like a staff quarter 4. Hotel staff was not ready for auto upgrade though whole hotel is empty. No other guest than me 5. He had given us tent room for one night with amount we paid to makemytrip. So ultimately we are paying 5400 around for just one night 6. I am here in jodhpur for just 1 day but i have to spend my day in hunting another stay for tomorrow’s night today we had no other option to stay here. We need auto upgrade with same amout we paid to make my trip. It’s a new place for us and we really what to do now. We do pure booking to make things easy, not for such experience
