The property is beautiful, tranquil and dreamy! host is super helpful and although this property is listed as a homestay, it's nothing less than a beautiful hotel! the rooms are well maintained and super clean with good toiletries and beddings. It gives a feel of living in an ancient kerala wooden museum. Super tasty breakfast is served in a cute restaurant space in the backyard with the backdrop of chirping birds and lush garden. Would definitely visit again for a long stay!

We stayed there for 2 nights. George sir was very helpful and we got a good guidance during our stay at kuttichira heritage home. Got reference for travel and shikara ride and at a very convenient rate as there is no commission taken for the same like other agents. Will definitely stay here in future. Thanks for hosting us.

This place has a special atmosphere of a traditional house. The room was clean and comfortable. There are friendly, great staff and they do their job very well. We enjoyed the backwaters with their help - they packed breakfast for us as we were leaving early. We had a happy experience here!

We have booked this property via makemytrip app. Host mr. George is a very nice person, he takes care of all things including boating, vehicle rent, suggesting local attractions and restaurants, we booked a double- bed room with ac, which was very good. There's a nice garden around heritage home, where we can relax. And they provide keralas authentic breakfast which was so good. We had wonderful stay here thanks to george.

Premises was so refreshing and pretty. Must say that property is well maintained. For those who like antique old fashioned stay, this is the best choice in the town. Especially would like to mention that the rooms are prettier than they look in the property photographs. It is also worth to opt for room with breakfast because the breakfast they serve is tasty and ample. Breakfast is authentic south indian. Our overall experience as a couple was awesome.

The room was awesome. The property is 170 years old. It feels very rich from inside & outside. The garden is just fabulous. Value for money stays. The caretaker is very helpful. Must visit place we will be never disappoint.

The property owner is one of the sweetest person and was really really helpful. He helped us with the travel plan in alleppey making our stay even more smooth. He even arranged activities for us to do.
