Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Excellent location heaven for people who loves privacy, no near by buildings and no noise at the property, you will notice only just mist, fog, and green view. Room also comfortable for couples

Awesome location, it’s at the highest point in kuttikaanam. The weather in kuttikanam is another plus! ligil, the manager, is an exceptionally helpful and friendly guy. Must add that the food they served from the in-kitchen was really good too

Stay was amazing with some beautiful views. All basic amenities were provided and the manager of the resort lijin was very pleasant and friendly. He always made sure that we are comfortable in our stay.

A TRUE SAMPLE OF HOSPITALITY It’s a great place to stay. Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hospital. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Orient hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relief to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager/ Front office who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Property's location is the best. Food, neither i asked nor they; hence, no comments about food. Amenities and services, i think as it was off-season, it is better if you could not expect.
