Pleasant stay with spacious rooms. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the play area. Bon-fire was really good and totally worth it to spend time to dance and relax. The food was good, but the serving time needs to be optimised. I would recommend it if you are fine to stay away from the city centre. Because, there are no shops nearby and you need to travel around 4-5km to purchase anything.

Pros - well organised spacious rooms with all basic amenities with good lightings and interiors, clean bed sheets, towels, bathrooms are also spacious. There are other amenities like swimming pool for adults and kids both. To our surprise there was bonfire with projector screening in the evening. Cons - the property is under renovation in some areas, so once it is completed this will be a 5 star property. The indoor games were placed but could be more maintained with some new introductions. The restaurant service was poor due to less staffs, but there was no compromise with the taste. Overall a good budget hotel cum resort for a family stay )

Right from the moment we entered and till the time we checked out, the experience was surreal. From welcoming and cheerful staffs to the location of the resort, from the amenities available to arrangements made, everything was up to the mark. We hope to revisit la feliz palacio resort sometime in the future, possibly for a longer stay

I stayed at many resorts in yercaud. But this is the one of the best resort i stayed. Rooms are super, spacious & luxurious. Balcany view was excellent. Foods are delicious. Especially morning breakfast are good. Over-all i enjoyed the fire camp with projector setup.

I Felt Very comfortable. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay again. Staffs had been very helpful and accomodating, nothing was too hard . Very quiet Resort and gardens were immaculate.The food they provided were outstanding.☺️💞

We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional. The breakfast and service was nice and fast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit La Feliz Palacio. Great location, great service, friendly staff. Good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Thank you😍

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay😍. The staffs were always motivated to help us. The food was excellent, the chef ensured that our pallet needs were met. I didn't ever scene first-time at yercaud , the complementary breakfast is non-veg woowww👌. The hotel ambience was lovely & very serene. We look forward to coming back. Feel very revitalized

The resort location is excellent. Rooms are also large. The staffs were very cooperative with us. Free room service. The stay was plea-sent with tasty and crispy food. Nice place for a nature feel.

Hotel rooms were neat and clean and staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner needs improvement in options and taste. Card swiping option was not available for payment. Only cash/gpay option was accepted. Overall it was a very good experience. Loved it.
