I have booked deluxe room but room no. 103 provided to me which is very lesser in size for 2 peoples. Room no. 103 was not as per my expectations and not suitable for 2 people despite i have paid for deluxe room.

The hotel was good but the staff at the reception was rude and unprofessional. He was not letting us to check out for due of some money which was very disheartening.

Most of the time, partial electricity on the property which means. No ac, no tv, no plug point to charge. Electricity goes midnight and comes in the morning. This doesn't make sense when you don't have ac overnight and have to sleep only on fan. Jun e 2024

Hotel didn’t have a room for made us wait for 2 hrs in the evening then finally when they allotted the room they said they are upgrading the room rather it was very in poor condition and there was nothing proper in the rooms, there was no kettle no bucket geyser was not working.
