Hello. I booked 2 rooms for 4 days, paid day per room. the service at hotel was pathetic.
1 room bathroom door broken, bedsheets were dirty, other room wash basin was cracked, handwash dish was broken, bedsheets were dirty and torn.
meal service was not upto mark when asked for mouth freshner only plain sauf was given saying it's over.
breakfast staff not courteous, what was being asked to serve at table was not given on time
overall very poor service why was room charges high when such services?
After charing us so much, is this the service and amenities you provide?
