location is awesome. . . full beach view calm and cozy vibes. access to hotel. zero. if you love adventure. . small trek great go for it. car will be parked 500mtr away. then you have to trek down on Rocky terrain with slope. if you have power to lift your bags and trek down go for it. room is very average cleanliness is below average, smelly rooms. home state run by family. food is good.

La Pizzaria Home Stay offers a beautiful beachside experience, located just steps away from Kudle Beach. The rooms are simple with AC and basic amenities—don’t expect luxury, but they’re clean and functional. Food is decent, though the biryani is more like fried rice with chicken. The shared balcony offers stunning sea views and fresh air. The staff, especially Mr. Vijiet, is welcoming and helpful. However, parking can be tricky, and reaching the homestay requires a short trek down from the main road. Great for a relaxing stay, but be prepared for some walking.

The property location is amazing. Facilities for AC room was poor - No AC remote to manage the temperature by yourself. The water in bathroom has very slow speed. The washroom basin tap was broken. The bath towel quality was bad and no soap given when you check-in. Preferably carry your toiletries there. The fan was very dirty. On the other hand, food was pretty good. Even mentioning the problems, the care taker was in the attitude take it or leave it.
