The experience was indeed marvellous. The staff, right from the reception desk to room service, was very well behaved and professional. They were really supportive in terms of providing both early checkin and late checkout. Room and washroom were also very clean. Everythinf up to the mark.

Very friendly, very well informed and helpful. Lots of complimentary snacks, free water, clean rooms, well stocked, restaurant had good food, quick service. Located in a central place close to all heritage sights. Had a very pleasant stay !

This was my 4th stay in this hotel. The stay has always been very comfortable. The location of the hotel is very nice and convenient. The food is very comforting, the breakfast spread has a lot of variety from healthy drinks to the local flavour. I really like the hotel and my stay here.

The location is excellent - one can get to and from the airport using Metro. It is a two minute auto ride away from Hazratganj Metro station. Very clean and well maintained with professional staff. Period building with tasteful décor. I recommend it highly.

Located in walking distance from local markets, the rooms were elegant with cordial staff. They have good breakfast spread as well. Rooms are better than shown in pictures.

The hotel is located in the hazratganj area which is the heart of the city. You can easily get cabs or auto to visit various places. The ambience, food, and services of the hotel were very good.

Amazing experience with la place sarovar lucknow

The location is excellent, very close to all happening places. Be it iconic food joins, ancient monuments, modern market place, chikan mkt. The hotel staff are very polite and professional all across my 2 days stay. Rooms are spacious, very clean, all essentials been provided. We ordered some room service menu ( mutton etc), great taste and served quite fast. Overall amazing experience. We asked for very early morning airport drop ( 4 am ) and been organised very smoothly and cost is reasonable. They also guided us about the city tour and places of interest.

Had an amazing experience. The room was spotless, comfortable and well equipped. Al the staffs were supportive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of options. The hotel's location was perfect with a walking distance from local attractions. Overall a fantastic stay.
