Clean, functional and well equipped. Decent parking space. The family room has 2 beds so it's good. Courteous staff. Cannot comment on food as we didn't have any.

1. location in very beautiful 2. ⁠pool was clean 3. ⁠rooms were clean 4. ⁠bathtub was as expected big and clean 5. ⁠food starters quantity and taste need to improved, didn’t tried food but tried starters.

Rooms are good. 24 7 hot and cold shower water. Room service is good. Easily bike or taxi available near the hotel.

Boutique is classy. Looks perfect for 2-3 days stay with family. Although the room i was provided had a stinky refrigerator. Seems like somebody had put some stinky thing inside earlier. Apart from that it was good experience

Excellent stay at la v era boutique rooms clean checkin was smooth and the staff was polite humble, food was delicious and icing on the cake is the balconies with pool view, peaceful location and mandrem beach is near also the taxi desk is in the hotel will definitely say there again

A perfect stay for individuals and family. Well maintained property with excellent facilities. Rooms were proper maintain and well spaced. Food is average. Location is so pleasant and greenery all over.
