Lachung Regency

Hotel amenities are very poor, very old furniture, No wifi No power back up,dirty waking area,no cleaning, Toilet pipes brocken and water leaked

The hotel staff were too lazy to help. We stayed for 2 nights and there was no electricity. We could see the other hotels using generators but this hotel staff they were not even switching on the generator and continuously giving excuses. The food quality was terrible. We had to ask them 100 times for drinking water. Overall the stay was terrible.

Had a terrible stay. The mattress, pillow were well below any standard. Bathroom didn't have hot water, neither the basin have. It's a cheap hotel for people who just want to cut the price of staying at the cost of suffering these shortages. The location is very good so you get a very good view from the balcony. Food served is only buffet style for a price of 700-

Worst hospitality. Rooms are dirty and linens stink. No heater or geyser service. In fact not even a bottle of water was given in the room. Leave about hot water. Paradip barman the caretaker is ok. But the food was leftover and could be of more than 2 to 3 days.

Terrible experience. Tasteless and costly food, no room service, no room heaters, even the water heater was not working. No staffs available at the hotel.

It was terrible experience to stay at Lachung recency.There was no hot water at a temperature outside near about 2° centigrade. Bathroom was very bad and service was terrible.

The room is good. Hotel staffs are polite and co-operative. Nice mountain view from room balcony corridor. Food was tasteful and felt like homely.

First of all the map location given in the app, is not correct, and whole night electricity was not there till morning 6 am

Very nice hotel. Clean n nicely maintained. If u r from north and want simple tasty food then definitely prefer this hotel. Food is really nice with less oil n less spicy. Staffs are really cooperative n provide very good service. Rating 5/5

Booked through make my trip. We went along with family. Staffs were very good. Food also good. Value for money.

Hotel management is not so helpful. We informed the hotel one day before about our unavailable situation due to a medical emergency. Still they didn't agree for a refund at least 50% also not agreed. Even makemytrip is not so helpful in this case.

For last 3 days, there is no electricity and no water in hotel

We stayed in lachung regency for 2 nights. The behaviour of owner and staffs are very good. They have buffet for fooding. Food quality was really good. Location is also very good. If you are looking for budget rooms in lachung, i'll strongly recommend this hotel for you.
