Location of the Home Stay was very far away up in the hills, Where there was No Space in car Parking Area to get your Luggage & Bags to the Home stay Rooms, Rest the Rooms where fine with Amenities. Overall 2 stars out of 5. ✌️✌️

The location is good. Room service was not good. We have to go to the door and then knock the door of the owner to get anything if needed. There was not any system of daily cleaning of the room and we had to use only one tawal for two three days which was also already used. We left the property one day early. Our booking was from 7 november to 10 november 2023. The cold season was there but you have to pay rs 200/ per day for the heater if you need.

So i reached the property only to find it is locked with no caretaker to be found. Waited 2 hours thinking he'll turn up, the property contact number was unreachable. Then i had to book another hotel nearby. Worst experience ever.

First of all i din see anywhere written ladakh view home stay, also it felt more like hotel. Since owner is same not sure what went on, i was not informed why and all, since i just got room to stay, not the one shown in pictures. More over the promises they make they dont keep. There is long list, but the proof i have, only that i am sharing here, they made a package for tour and included airport drop with entire amount, but yet they take money from you taking advantage of situation. Im bringing up this point because i have audio recording proof and also the driver stenzen was present during the talk. I had to record this time cos previous time i felt conned and i din had any proof and i am not saying those in this review cos its argumentative and never ending unless u have evidence, so i let go of that, you take care full decesion before going with services he has to offer.

This place is extremely difficult to find, present in a very narrow lane full of dogs and owner was missing most of the time, noone was bithered, no water facility, had to bang the dorr at night to winter inside

Property is near leh market, but not easily accessible as it is in narrow lane, dogs are there

No soap provided in the bathroom. No room service despite calling them. No fan in the room.

The location is in older part of town and the main market is inaccessible without a bike or some other vehicle, the parking for vehicle is in the street. The house is on a small street inside another street. Overall not recommended

I wont recommend anyone to stay at this place if you really want to enjoy. Only a woman is there who used to not available most of the times. And if you want to spoil your experience of staying then go ahead.

The host was very worst and it was very tough to survive two days. He was very rude and arrogant. The property was not at all clean and sanitized. It took 2 hrs to find the location. The host shouted very much.

it's really very comfortable stay and mr. vilayat is just a backbone for me as m visit here first time. good stay with great atmosphere. will definitely suggest for stay here 🙂

The care taker was rude to us as we lost keys and charged high amount for the same. Also no cab facility for pick up. And drop to airport. Although the food was good.

Home stay was just okay. It is pretty nearby to leh market and leh palace.

Amazing host with amazing services. Very friendly. We feel like we are living with our family.

Host is very supportive in arranging early check-in, airport taxi, dinner etc. Property is very close to leh market, bike lane. Lot of restaurants nearby.

Hi, i stayed in the property for 5 days and my experience was very good. Room was very spacious and organised. Property staff and owner was very helpful and supportive. They helped me in arranging taxi for nubra valley at the cheaper rate than market. Morning breakfast was very good specially” a loo paratha”. Owner was easily reachable for any assistance. I would like to stay again later and recommend to my friends. I wish the good luck for the owner and homestay staff.

It was the most pathetic stay i’ve ever had in my life! the host and staff are not at all cooperative. They are very rude and disrespectful attitude. Moreover the place is dirty too and the food is tasteless too. Also they try to fool guests by extracting extra money giving poor customer service experience. I made a blunder of my life by booking this place. My suggestion to other guests do not visit this place again.

The hospitality by vilayat ji and his brother were out of the world. They have been some of the best hosts i've come across. Vilayat ji went above and beyond to help me out with dropping and picking me. Both of them reminded me some 100 times that they are just a call away if there's anything i need them for. My stay with them was for a week but i ended up extending my stay for another week. The location is great. All the best restaurants and leh market is just a walk away. There are plenty atms nearby. The wifi is a bit wonky in the rooms upstairs, but works fine once out of the room. Didn't have a lot of food there except for the breakfast and black tea. That was pretty great too. Overall, i had an amazing stay and one must go for this property just for the hospitality

Property location is difficult to find.

I stayed with my family for a period of 04 days. The only positive thing was our host. They're very good in behaviour. Food preparation was satisfactory & as per our demand. Negative part was that this property is not worth of paying per night excluding gst. Toilet flush was not working properly during these four days & even after complaining, they couldn't do much that cannot be accepted. Don't pay this much for this kind of property.
