Laika boutique is a nice homestay and it is located in a nice and convenient place in bangalore. This is my first stay and i love it. For holiday and short business trip, this is a great place i recommend for those who need just the needful and privacy.

I reached the hotel at 10.30 expecting to get my room but was told I would only get the room at 11 am. Minor gripe otherwise everything was excellent.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. Location convenient to go mg Road, brigade Road. Tv did not work and I feel full size mirror required for dressing. Staff were cordial.

Excellent location, just a 10 mins walk from M G Road for young people. However you are away from the city noises. The rooms & toilets are neat & clean with all accessories provided. The rooms are pretty big compared to today's Hotel Rooms. As mentioned by others, I would echo .. Its a home away from home. Since its not a hotel, one wont get lunch / dinner. However the complimentary breakfast spread is very good. Also, one may use the kitchen to get your packed food warm, use utensils. There are dining tables as well, where you may have your food. You may also order & get your food delivered. Overall, a beautiful place to stay in Bangalore.

It feels like more than a home. Very clean and spacious environment. Not only the rooms are clean, the whole building was very clean. The interiors are very pleasing and good. I have visited various places, but never seen a hotel with such a good atmosphere. Worth more than you pay. Everything perfect.

Never felt that I was staying in a hotel! Place demonstrates how efficiency can be silent and yet productive. Owner and staff work together to keep the place going well. Liked cleanliness and functionality of rooms, sufficiently good breakfast and access to main areas in city. Would recommend this without any hesitation.

Their rooms, the location, environment and the surroundings are the best. The breakfast is great. Rooms are clean, cosy and comfortable. It gives you a homely feeling. Very silent environment around. No chaos at all.

This small hotel maintained by ajith and his team is quite an extraordinary warm place. It's located in a beautiful part of central Bangalore, and has a great ambience. Frequent travelers abroad would appreciate some things in particular. The staff stays out of the way, but are also very approachable. Rooms have independent access, and breakfast is at a communal table. This is not a business hotel though, if anyone wants to make that decision.

This is a great bed and breakfast with welcoming owners located in a lovely area in central Bangalore. Clean rooms, great breakfast and lovely common areas. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it. Great value

Laika had all the warmth and character of a homestay, with all the amenities of a hotel - a perfect combination! I loved getting to stay on such a quiet and leafy street in the heart of busy Bangalore. The room was absolutely spotless, but without that sterile feel of a hotel room. And I loved having breakfast with Mr. Ajith and fellow guests.
