As a business traveller i found this place to be best affordable and closest to railway station and harki pauri, our group will be coming and has older people, so lajja is best. Even the food was ghar jaisa. I had kichdi and dahi. Chef- dinesh was very supportive. Mr. Jain was also very sweet, he is just 18 years. Doing a fantastic job. Hope to meet him soon

I came for the first time here, the hotel was totally the worth booking, if you are looking for a hotel from where you can go to ghats and enjoy market this is the best hotel specially during snans because its in the center of everything, rooms are well maintained managers rawat ji also polite, food kitchen chef dinesh also humble he made food for us without garlic and onions, very cooperative staff felt like home, overall very satisfying experience

When I check in the hotel, I asked for warm water and they served me, so kind of them. I talked to Mr.Garv earlier before booking so he guided me well. Rooms were cozy. I requested for early check in by 3 hrs around 11am and room was provided to me. I also asked for heater, so ya they gave me it at n additional cost of ₹400 that i think was very cheap because when i asked other hotel near by the same room was costing me around ₹1350 more . So, services were good staff also very gentle overall a nice experience.

I came to this place because my frend told me that this place is best in haridwar. I had my group to come. So i came to decide rates for future. I dont think anyone could give me more better rates than sonali ji and garv ji they are the owner of hotel. Best rates were provided with all food plan. They also arranged ganga aarti and bus for mussorie trip. God bless all. Alsways recommended to book.

I came to lajja palace because the previous hotel mis behaved with us. Here experience was very sweet. My kids love the place. Surely would come again. Thanks gar v ji and gaurav ji. And i feel why to give more money. If u can get same services and treatment that a 5000rs hotel will give at price of just 1800 rs. Amazing would come back early.

Rooms are clean staff is v. Good we were group of 18 persons ganga ghat called birla ghat is near to hotel. Just opposite to hotel is ghat where you can take bath. We had old people who can not go to harki pauri so the ghat 2 min walking from hotel, they took bath there. Hotel is located very good place.

Hi! so if i describe my experience in one word it was superb. Staff food location room quality was no doubt the best at my price point. There was a parking in front of the hotel. Hardly 2 min walk. We booked additional room when i reached there. It was also of the same type. Overall 5stars.
