Lake Alpi Resort

We travelled by our own vehicle. It took 7 hours from Ahmedabad. This resort is 20 km away from Kumbhalgarh. You did not find any local vehicle nearby this area therefore own vehicle is must. I must recommend this resort for peaceful stay with family and/or with your loved ones. Resort rooms are neat and clean. Spacious as well as balcony is also attached with the rooms. Bathroom was also good and having enough space. Out of the rooms, a beautiful garden was there. You can take morning tea and breakfast by watching Lake and mountains. Staff people were also kind and service was superb. They also bring food and wood (for fire) as and when require where you desires. Morning you can listen ducks and hens sound in the morning. A beautiful Lake view adding pleasant atmosphere on your mind. Evening you must return to this resort latest by 6.30 Pm. After that it is difficult to drive on single track road without road lights. You need to purchase liquor from outside because this resort menu is only for vegetarians and non alcoholic. Night wood fire has been arranged from 8.00 Pm. A romantic dinner with partner with wood fire and lake view.

The owner of the place Mr. Pratapsingh is a fine gentleman, he allowed early check in of 8 am despite of the fact that it was festive season. The check in was smooth, the rooms were clean and well lit. The washrooms were spacious and more important clean & hygienic. The view from the room is just awesome. Best thing about this place is there are only about 10 rooms in whole resort, so even if you go there in a tourist season; it wont be cluttered with people unlike other popular resorts. The pool was striking clean and the view from the pool is one of the best at this cost. Its around 20km from Kumbhalgarh fort. It has a restaurant wherein they serve the food, the food at dinner wasn't all that exciting but the complimentary breakfast was just too good. They even arranged Campfire within 15min on request! I would recommend it every time I am asked for. :)

We enjoyed 2 days here a lot with family. Very good location with mountain and lake. Breakfast and dinner both were delicious. Everyone in Lake Alpi Resort staff were very cooperative. My both children enjoyed here very well. We stayed here in winter so not enjoyed in swimming pool but it was very well maintain. We enjoyed bornfire here in night. No negative comments. Only one suggestion to add kid's play room along with some sports equipment like badminton etc for children. Finally very good place for relaxation with family.

everything is very fine and there is a lake behind the Lake Alpi Resort is very beautiful location. just one problem is there toothpaste was not provided in my room so i separated call the assistant and he immediately provide me toothpaste. all little child staff is very cooperative...!! i also swim with son of resort manager because they no need to book resort.. but we need to book resort !!!🙂. If you want to eat Gujarati food, it will be fun. Whenever we go to any resort, we have a habit of eating Gujarati food

Located in remote part on the Udaipur Kumbhalgarh highway, Lake Alpi is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the vacation. The silent surroundings helps a person to rejuvenate and connect with his soul. Apart from this there is a picture perfect lake in the back drop of Lake Alpi Resort. The services of Lake Alpi Resort are one of the best. Although food quality has a scope of improvement. Overall it is nice Lake Alpi Resort with value for money.

I approached Resort from very Long and exhausted drive from Tanot, Jaisalmer but as I reached Resort I have a wonderful pleasure and peace of mind after that I relaxed in the fantabulous location and had dinner. Fire place was instantly arranged by Lake Alpi Resort staff on our request in late night near their Lake Side and that was really awesome.

Wifi was not working but still, the stay was Worth it. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, and good food quality. Only thing is that there's nothing around the Lake Alpi Resort. If you need something you have to send a boy to market which takes Around 30-40 minutes, that doesn't matter if you have your own vehicle but still, the distance is much more.

Very beautiful location. This resort is located on the bank of a lake. Very large balcony facing the lake. Balcony available in ground floor only. Fortunately I got in the ground floor. Room was very la. Bathroom was also very large and clean. But the resort is a bit far from the Kumbhalgarh Fort about 25 km from the fort. But not a issue.

It's located at good place surrounding with mountain and Chechnya dam, staff and service are excellent. Slightly located in remote place and if you feel peace than must visit.

True it's a bit far from Kumbhalgarh, but it's awesome place to stay. It's near a small dam where you get a beautiful view and can really fell like private village. Stay in cottage and enjoy nature. It will give you very healthy experience.

If you are rest and peace lover then this is best place for your vacation. Best location for nature loving people... If you want to have good photography and best foe prewedding shoot. Cleaning and service is too good. Highly recommending. खाना भी अच्छा रहा ।

If you are looking for a silent and isolated stay the resort location is perfect. It is around 15 KMS from Kumbhalgarh. The view from all the cottages is beautiful. All of them have direct lake view. The breakfast was great, dinner was average. 10/10 for service - both time and quality. Staff was highly courteous. Highly recommended stay.

Location is just perfect by the lake. Everything was so good. Except food. Food was not upto mark and as per the expeaction

Resort is located near the lake, all the services provided by staff was excellent. It was an amazing experience.

Location of the Lake Alpi Resort is its USP however it is far away from main Kumbhalgarh fort and town. Hotel authorities should mention this very clearly in their booking. Facilities like complementary tea/coffee is missing. Wardrobe facilities is also missing.

Best resort in kumbalgadh, service, staff really good

Go for serene location, near clean lake, away from market nuisance & commercialization .. Good deal with two times food. Go for lake facing rooms. Carry your toiletries. Carry or buy mineral water from market rather than from Lake Alpi Resort.
