The location of the hotel is along the backside of the dal lake, crowded free peaceful area. The rooms are spacious with clean bathrooms. The breakfast was good. I stayed here for two nights, with my family in two premium deluxe rooms. The persons at the desk, arshad and altaf, were very helpful. We enjoyed staying here.

The hotel is located in front of the famous dal lake. Would recommend booking lake view room for maximum benefit. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is always prepared fresh and is great to taste. Special thanks to shakier bhai at the restaurant who took care of all the special addition to the food we asked while in the restaurant.

We loved the hotel ambience and food very much. The location is little far from shikara but it didnt matter as we got good hospitality from all the hotel crew members. Got small issue in the room and they gave us different room with lake view without any additional cost.

It’s been a good trip. Good, helpful staff. Good, clean rooms. Good location. Good hotel. Only problem was electricity supply. It’s not affecting this hotel but everyone around. Hotel management must find a way to have continuous nonstop availability of services such as hot water and room heating.
