We had a wonderful stay here. Location was off the town, which was quite and at a middle of woods. Rooms were very clean and the basic necessities were provided like towels, brush, soaps feel like a star hotel food was very good, both veg and non-veg was well prepared. We had wondered how kaveen was able to make every dishes well and was impressive. Quantity and quality was very good. Care taker - kaveen took care well. Helped with everything and served well with smiling face owner - looks he has a vision to treat the customers well in terms of food and facilities provided. Overall - highly recommended for families and for a big family group. Hi

We have recently spent the weekend in a calming homestay in coorg called lake trail homestay. I knew coorg is filled with lots of homestay and luxury hotels as well as resorts, which given me an incredible experience. I can’t emphasize with words about my stay in this charming homestays. Home-stay is spread across a sprawling ten acre estate. A very big thing which enticed me to extend my stay in nature. I am a food enthusiast and love to try the local cuisine, so i pre-booked my meals. It’s really awesome and delicious; i was totally impressed with the coorgi food, the staff hospitable and entire atmosphere and amenities.

"i recently had the pleasure of staying at lake trail homestay and it was truly an unforgettable experience! the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. *highlights* - impeccable cleanliness and modern amenities - extremely friendly and helpful staff - delicious food options at the in-house restaurant - comfortable and spacious rooms - perfect location for exploring *service* the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, they were attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable. *room* my room was well-maintained, and had stunning views of nature. Overall* i highly recommend lake-trail homestay to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay. I'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed thoroughly the tranquil stay amid-st nature in the coffee plantations and thoroughly loved the company of the pets. A suggestion, the faucets for the pot, is on the left. It would be better if it's corrected to the right. The care and hospitality was warm and welcoming. Food was full of flavours and tasteful. Kudos to mr. Shetty and all the help provided by mr. Keertan. We have enjoyed every bit of it and will want to come again and refer the stay! best, r ghosh and family.

Wonderful place surrounded by 13 acres of coffee plantation. Kaveena the caretaker and cook made us feel at home. Food was top notch prepared by kaveena and tea/coffee was regularly provided when requested.

Blindly you can visit this place if you are nature lover and want pollution free environment. The best part is food provided here, better than any 5 star hotels. The caretaker kaveen is a humble person.

Peaceful and unique

The lake trail homestay is located in between estates. This property is very peaceful and well maintained. Mr. Kaveen, the caretaker, was very helpful and accommodating. We ate breakfast and dinner at the homestay, and the food prepared by the caretaker was delicious. One minor con i can think of is that it's a little outside of the main city, but i did find this to be very relaxing and peaceful. Overall, i would recommend this house to people looking to experience a peaceful getaway.

It was wonderful stay in lake trail home stay. It was far from hustle and bustle. Mr. Kavin, he is care taker property provided very good services. Also he prepared very good food.

The location & view was amazing. The owner & the caretaker was nice. This is a very clean & hygienic homestay. Once you are here dont forget to eat hot & crispy onion rings made by caretaker kaveena. Overall this is a great stay at this cost.

Comfortable and peaceful stay

Had the most peaceful time at lake trail homestay. The rooms and bathrooms are well maintained and very clean. The property is just brilliantly located in the middle of a coffee plantation, so you can enjoy your morning coffee while walking around the plantation. It is extremely peaceful and exactly what one looks for when they want a break from the city life. Small touches around the house make the stay even more appeasing. What we enjoyed the most was the warm and really friendly treatment by the caretaker kaveena. He made sure we had the most comfortable stay and would go out of his way to make sure we have a good time. To top it off he makes the most delicious food which we thoroughly enjoyed more than eating outside. If i'm returning to coorg, then this would definitely be the place i would stay again.
Guests were made to sanitize before entry into the homestay. Proper temperature checks were done. Each rooms were also provided with sanitizers.

One of the best homestay at Coorg, I highly recommend this for a peaceful and happy stay. Homestay is situated between acres of coffee estate, including a private Lake. Caretaker is very polite and helpful, food is very tasty.

The receptionist cum caretaker cum cook Jack of all trade Mr. Kabini is a gem of a person. Takes care of the customers, cooks very good homemade food. The lake and plantation behind the property is awesome to visit early morning. The bungalow is very nicely constructed. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

It was an awesome experience with Lake trail. This place is perfect for those who love nature and want a peaceful stay outside the city. The caretaker Mr. Kaveena is very polite and very well mannered. The food he cooked was awesome. We asked him for the recipe too. You will feel like you are in your home. This homestay was very neat and clean, the service was excellent. Mr. Kaveena has managed this homestay very well and he takes care of everything. One thing I would like to request the owner, he should avail one helper to Mr. Kaveena. I'm planning to visit this place again with my entire family.
