Excellent location. The scenic beauty from the room no 504 is breathtaking. Very spacious room with all required amenities. If fact we enjoyed cooking our own food. A memorable stay at Lavasa.

The location was great as it was near to the City center. The gallery View was very good. The green surrounding was very good. The staff was very nice and the food served was awesome. The only issue was that the ac was damaged in the room.

The service was awesome and it is located very near to the town hall. The view is magnificent as the room is on 5th floor and the view of lake and valley from room is just mind blowing. The room is equipped with kitchen which has all basic utensils, induction, aqua guard, So cooking food of your choice is an option. There is an option for room service also. Bathrooms were clean and had a geyser and they provide every thing from soap to razor. All in all they made my trip to Lavasa memorable!

The apartment is very well located and moderately furnished. It has crockeries along with basic utensils and conduction oven. For food you need to procure from outside. They have scope of improvement on cleanliness. You need to persuade the care taker for basic cleanliness of the apartment.

Location - excellent. The view from the window is one of the best in lavasa. Awesome! safety - lavasa is generally safe. Property is on the main street, which makes it very safe. Food - property does not provide food. We need to choose/find our own food or cook in the room using induction cooker. Hygiene - the only negative feel i have about the property. The studio owner need to make sure his caretaker gives lot more care to that. Not at all happy with that and need for basic amenities like toilet acessories, soap, which was empty in some old broken dispenser, old junk stored in cupboards, washroom cleaning accessories kept wayward, etc.

The owner kindly upgraded us to a different apartment directly facing the lake. The flat was extremely spacious and modern. We enjoyed as a group of friends. Please note that as of now, there is nothing much left in Lavasa as everything has been closed down. We went just to enjoy company of friends.
