Worst home stay not a penthouse only 4 bhk flat with clean rooms

I don’t know how the people give 4 star of this home stay. We had really a very bad experience over there. The room was clean in 3rd floor but unfortunately loft is not working and the caretaker yogesh said you have to take your luggage by own. He restricted us to wear footwear’s at the property and so arrogant in nature. He is not helpful and leave the property after arrival of ours. There is no ceiling fan at the property only table fans are provided which is really very irritating and suffocating. Overall it is a worst experience and not worth. Only rooms are clean that’s it.

Penthouse is best place to stay but location given on app is inappropriate. This property is 3. 5km apart from lake. But overall experience is very good with best view from balcony.

Beautiful property with no air conditioning

False information provided by the owner, this place has no air conditioning, wall mounted fans would provide no relief given the ceiling height is almost 20-25 feet, it is a bit far from the lake (nearest lake is 4 kms away. Overall, the property is good with spacious rooms and huge living area and balconies, not ideal for summers though. There is a 1km steep hike from the main road to this property, not at all ideal from walking perspective. Caretaker is very polite and addresses all your concerns/needs at the earliest. This property is listed on mm t by a 3rd party (roamhome) and they are least cooperative to all your concerns.
