Really had the worst experience. The property shown in the images was completely different from what it was in reality. The AC was not working. The room was not maintained, very small, and compact.

Good Stay
Our at Lakeside Boheme Inn, and overall, it was a pretty nice experience. The property is huge and really beautiful it has a small waterfall, a lake, trekking trails, a carom board, and even a cozy reading space. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. A couple of important things to keep in mind – network connectivity is almost non-existent. Airtel was zero, and Jio worked only occasionally. Also, since the place is so spread out, if you’re staying in a container or farther away from the main area, be prepared for quite a bit of walking. Food was honestly average. Our first order was a bit of a letdown – we asked for boneless chicken and got chicken with bones that was also undercooked, which turned us off from ordering more. So we mostly stuck to basic stuff like french fries, peanut & chana masala chaat, and chicken fingers. One big positive was the hospitality. Mikhail and Danish were absolutely fabulous always checking in to see if we were comfortable or needed help with any plans. The rooms themselves were clean, comfortable, and pretty cool. But since it’s right in the middle of the jungle and we visited during monsoon, so there were a lot of bugs like moths, grasshoppers, lizards, and frogs in the bathroom. Don’t forget to carry Odomos it’s not a joke, it’s an absolute life saver! All in all, Lakeside Boheme Inn is a great getaway if you want to disconnect from the world. No network means it’s the perfect place to bond with friends or your partner in peace and quiet. Definitely worth it for the nature, space, and chill vibes.

the check in time was 2pm we rchd by 3.15pm,but out of 3 rooms only 2 were ready. they were clueless abt the booking of 3 rooms.we wanted to have lunch but until we asked for lunch the kitchen was closed. the rooms were not clean. beds were not clean. toiletries have to be asked. since the property has lakeside we were half time bothered by mosquitos. we cancelled one room bcoz of 1 guest not coming. we ended up paying too much but not worthy at all. pathetic experience. not for senior citizens. will not recommend anyone. only kitchen staff were good at their job. host was not at all welcoming ..

Very pleasant stay. Wonderful location within the nature and very accessible from Mumbai. Hygienic and tasty food and clean comfortable stay. Super friendly staff. Interesting activities available.

Not recommended until they make some serious changes
Seems i had too many expectations around this stay which obviously didn't get fulfilled. Not many activities except lake swimming. The pool we had was not clean and felt I made too much for just stay and food.

Honest Review – Birthday Stay at the Bohemian Lakeside Villa
Booked a villa room for a one-day birthday getaway in a peaceful, nature-surrounded location. The property looked promising, but the villa lacked basic maintenance — the jacuzzi wasn’t functional, there were waterproofing issues, and the geyser didn’t work properly. Meals were home-style and tasty but limited in variety. Suraj from the staff was very helpful and ensured all requests were taken care of, even customizing our dinner at no extra cost. Later explored the container rooms — beautifully designed, well-maintained, and far better than the villa. The property is pet-friendly and ideal for nature lovers. Recommended: opt for container rooms.

Poor Stay
Hotel Boheme inn at Khalapur is having tent cottages. When it was new it might have posted a different kind of Bohemian vibe and it is sure located underneath the trees but living here is not very pleasant experience. There are lots of mosquito and on top of that the cottages are not lockable and I would not advise single ladies to stay here at all. Another factor which we should pay attention to is that it belongs to a particular religion and all the employees also belong to that particular religious sect. Stay here but be vigilant. When we arrived here we were not aware of these facts. I thought of putting my two cents here so as to enlighten everyone. Other cons are- 1. Far of from the market. 2. Approach path is poor, dark and not visible clearly from the main road. 3. Tents and fixtures full of bugs. Not lockable. Cats jumping on the tent whole night. 4. Not properly lit. Only one yellow bulb. 5. Couldn't muster courage to taste the food. 6. Wife got sick so left the journey and this property before the scheduled date. Complete wastage of money and time.

Lovely vibe, Food was good. service was Good. Suggestion - Please put a extra mirror in the room. Also need some Gate on the entrance since there is an open jacuzzi, the guard walked in directly while we were in the jacuzzi . Rest the experience was Awesome. love to revisit

Place is good but not for summers, if possible try to avoid tents and get villas if you want access to pool. Food over here is superb and staff is good!

Mgmt seems irre
believe mgmt should be honest to customer, I went there by booking via MakeMyTrip and I was the first who reached to property and requested for top container room, however as we had time for check-in we started having lunch, in the meantime mgmt has given that container room to a couple and when I insisted for it as I already told for same, they had reason like You can go for refund, didn't care about your time, experience and spoiled mood. Human error can happen, we forgot, we do allocation on first come first serve basis, even though I was the one who reached first at property from the ones who got that container room. I believe if mgmt are forgetting things for which they are asking money, things seems irresponsible... Later i understood that there's one more room bcs later another guests were available on top which mgmt didn't inform us. 3 star rating is for kind staff and their services only If you are planning to visit do visit but please look for your stay first there...

Food - didn't try. They have home cooked meals as they claim. facilities wise stay is good. But ac, fan in our tent stay were in bad condition. Fan made sound all night. whatever small things we asked for, we got. So facilities wise ok

familyThe place is an absolute beauty. They have lots of of different stay options like glam-ping tents, container stays, villas for bigger groups etc. The minute you enter the property it’s truly a stress free zone. Monsoon is the best here. We enjoyed their waterfall hike, amazing yummy homestyle cooked food and lots of greenery in and around the property.

Good location. Have carrom, badminton, cycles in house. Pet friendly. Room was not cleaned properly, toilet floor was not cleaned properly. Car parking in open. We didn't try dinner here. Breakfast was ok but starts at 9, tea, coffee starts at 8
