The service is extremely poor. The breakfast takes hours to be prepared, communication is almost non existent. The only reason I selected this place was because its next to lake and has one of the best views of City Palace, Taj palace hotel and jagmandir island. unfortunately, the service is poor, heavily understaffed. Food was good but just took hours to be prepared every single time. And sometimes, after an hour or so, they would say they are out of supplies and ask for new order. Again time consuming.

Hotel is good. Its in old city. Little difficult to reach out but room very good. And view is awesome. Room service little poor qnd actually not liked food that much
