Land 21 is a excellent hotel, high luxury beds, high luxury washrooms, high luxury hall and we had enjoyed a lot. We feel we are in our own home. It’s amazing decorations. Very clean and green. Excellent balconies. Nice air quality also very good quality. We enjoyed a lot. We are a permanent decided to stay in land 21.

The property is in the center of the city, has a lot of restaurants nearby and doesn't have much of traffic noise. We had a great stay, the place was clean and cozy. Highly recommend this place. The property is very clean and is much better than a hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was toooo good. The manager was really sweet, he made sure we got everything on time. Thanks team lance 21.

Rooms are very nice & excellent to stay & staff is very polite. Morning breakfast with 6 to 7 items of menu & taste is also very good. Also only breakfast is available in lance 21 & for lunch & dinner nearby 4 veg restaurants are available including saravana bhavan, geetham veg, aachi veg restaurant, ab near in metro station, nei idle sambar & one more restaurant near to this. Very nice place to stay for vegetarians. For connectivity ashok nagar metro station is very near, walkable & t nagar also 3 to 4 kms good place for shopping. Totally excellent area & rooms to stay. I have stayed in chennai lance 21 for 3 days, writing this with my personal experience.

The stay was too Great then what I was expected and the Galley staffs was to polite and services us superb 👌 Especially morning food was amazing 😍😍 Variety they given for breakfast is Too Enjoy for Enjoying Delicious 😋 Food

Very clean rooms and pleasant staff. It’s also quite centrally located so going around is easier. They also have a breakfast buffet available!

Overnight stay for a function. Was with family. Rooms are clean, staff was courteous and location was also nice. A option if you need homely experience. They don’t have food, only breakfast.

Lance 21. Is a beautiful facility and excellent quality and rely double bedroom suit it is like a presidential suit, enjoyed a lot, big dining and sofas two bedroom two bathrooms. It’s amazing price wise, it was a comfortable with any customer as well as myself. I enjoyed a lot. Really, i like anything. I am going to be permanent customer ofl lance 21, thank you.

Had a great time, neat and tidy stay rooms were comfy, the complimntry breakfast could've been better. Staffs were polite and responsive keep that up. Would love to visit again.

The property is at great location and convenient to reach. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Receptionists and staffs are well mannered and helpful. Breakfast was also amazing. Healthy options were available. Special thanks to ramesh narayana who was super warm and generous to the guests. He accommodated the guests who arrived little late at breakfast time.

I am very pleased with my stay at lance 21. The rooms were clean and tidy and especially dust-free and insect-free. The rooms were neat and the staffs were very helpful and always available. I felt so safe and secure during my stay there. Breakfast was good and very tasty. I will be always staying at lance 21 whenever i visit chennai.
