Awesome location. View from the premium valley view room is outstanding. Complementary breakfast spread is nice. Dinner in the inhouse restaurant is nice. Kudos to entire team, especially mr. Murugan front office and ajim in restaurant in particular

The stay and the service from the resort was really good. They made the stay better by keeping the concerns in check and with immediate response to the queries. Overall the experience they provided and the moments we enjoyed were really beautiful.

Great experience. Good stay over there. View from the rooms and from the restaurant are amazing. Staff are really very polite and friendly. We really enjoyed the stay, good co ordination from the manager mr. Murugan. Big thanks for our memorable stay.

Overall a great stay at lance silver falls, ****oor. Besides the stay also found a driver there who took us around coonoor. Bed in the room was little small and we had to get extra mattress for kid.

The location is admission tea plantation with scenic view. Relaxing experience with good service by the staff. Really satisfied stay. The food especially the potato chips (french fries) were awesome

Beautiful resort surrounded by tea estates, approach road is good, waterfall view was amazing. Food and service was very good, staffs were taking care well. Definitely a must visit resort.
