The hotel was in a remote area. The facilities were very good. The staff was excellent. The rooms were decent. I did not have any food from the hotel. It was a safe stay.

Boutique hotel in Haldia

My 2nd visit to Haldia found me at the landmark. I had stayed earlier at another popular place which is in a similar price band. However, this place is much better, the rooms are airy, clean, the decor in the room is very good, service is fast and pleasant. Quality of non-veg food is very good. However, you can see signs of decay. This needs to be addressed immediately. There's no lift. The pool area and the pool needs a thorough cleaning. Overall, the stay was pleasant and I would recommend this for future stays.

There is no maintenance of the facility. Room was big. All types of service were quick probably due to very less occupancy. Food quality was good. Didn't like the location as it was quite far from the town.

Overall it was a very good trip. The breakfast was not good as there was not so variety and their service were also very slow. The room and washroom were average. The staff was helpful. The stay was secured.

Should improve in maintenance

The rooms with the amenities of the hotel were extremely good and well maintained and clean. Apart from the rooms, the entire hotel is very shabby and they are not clean. It seems that they did not maintain the hotel for a long time. The taste of the food was very good but they were super expensive. The staff was cordial but they have very limited staff over there. The other facilities were nice.

The hotel was on the main road. The rooms were very accurate with all the amenities to present there. The hotel also provide all the facilities. But the staff at the hotel was very non-cooperative. After 10 'o' clock, they do not cooperate with us. Then they did not provide any type of room service which disappoints me the most.

Good property at bad location

Hotel is good with huge rooms but situated far away from nearby town. Also due to lower footfalls, facilities have been limited with limited staff. No buffet breakfast. Only one item can be ordered. This is strange.

The fan was very dirty ac not working all the bathroom taps to repaired as it requires lot of strength to open and close. The sugar cubes provided was only six small pieces and kept in an open container milk powder not provided for making tea the tea bags contain was ct c tea which is difficult to consume without milk the electric kettle was without earthing which can be dangerous if some without noticing uses it. Cleanness poor ac not working sugar cubes and tea bags kept in open containers no milk powder the electric kettle no earthing all taps are in bad condition swimming pool not functioning wifi pass word not displayed

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There was very limited staff over there, but their behavior was very decent. The room was ok but the washroom was not clean. The fittings were loose and the amenities in the washroom was not operating properly. The maintenance was not up to the mark. Each and every time I have to call the plumber which was very disappointing. For the basic facilities I have to call them frequently and the room service was very slow. The food was average.

it's nothing like what you see in the picture . just consider the picture was taken 50 years before. No water supply, I was told not to lock the room as there was some problem in the lock. found insects in my coffee and food . please see for yourself
