Room service is excellent. They will assist in very short span of time. Interconnected rooms stay is awesome and very comfortable. Location is perfect and their elevator to mall road well connected last but not least food which is outstanding in taste and hygiene. Behavior of their staff very humble and polite. I would recommend them to all upcoming families to stay.

Change of hotel room was accepted happily by the hotel staff, we had chinese and indian at dinner the food was better than expected, good view from rooms on the 3rd floor. We had a comfortable stay since mall road was accessible

The hotel's location is excellent. We stayed in super deluxe rooms which are superb. The food quality is also nice and food items are available at reasonable rates. Breakfast doesn't comprise of fruits but other items are ok. Overall, the hotel is strongly recommended.

The elevator access to the mall road was quite convenient. Breakfast was delicious with a reasonably good number of options. The room's view with a bird's eye view of the valley with a helipad and lush greenery was excellent. Free valet parking, key-less entry, tv with ott etc. Were useful features. The staff was courteous and quick to help. The only negatives were that the walls could not block the noises from other rooms and the room key did not work a couple of times.

The rooms was superb clean. Staff was very humble and polite. Its a great deal to stay here. They provide hot milk that's really soothing in the cold of shimla

Good hospitable environment with direct lift to mall road. Rooms were clean and they hotel staff were accommodating and non judgemental. We could see the cleaning staff making the effort to make our stay pleasant.

Nice hotel, mist important it has easy access to mall road with lift. Most important hotel has good parking space. Food quality is good but little expensive. Good hotel for family stay. I would love to visit this hotel next time also and would recommend others also.

Good location. Near victory tunnel. Private lift direct opening at road leading to mall road though ridge is approximately 600 m from hotel and road leading to it is having good inclination. Limited options in breakfast but whatever is available is very good. Rooms with valley view are main highlight
