I recently stayed at Landmark Hill Valley Hotel in Shillong and had mixed experiences. The **staff was courteous, helpful, and quite responsive**, which was the highlight of the stay.
However, the **property maintenance was disappointing**. The **room had visible moisture issues**, with a **damaged ceiling**, which made the stay uncomfortable. This is a serious concern for any guest expecting a clean and well-kept environment.
Breakfast was included but **lacked variety**—a few more options could really enhance the experience, especially for travelers staying multiple days.
Overall, **the staff tries their best**, but the **infrastructure needs urgent attention**. I hope the management addresses these issues soon to meet the expectations the hotel name promises.
