Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff and shahir is most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

It was an amazing experience. The whole property was well maintained & the staffs are very friendly. We buy food from restaurants nearby, were so many good options to try out. We got lucky to see mountain squirrels, birds near to our stay. Recomended

Excellent..! If you want an exceptional natural experience and wanted to reside by nature, this is the best you can ask for… locations are very good, the hospitality we experienced here js amazing..! This is my first time to kerala itself and the people here made it amazing with their hospitality and about the room its clean tidy and well furnished with good natural ambience and for ladies washrooms are very fine and i have to mention this guy named ASHIQ, he is the one helped us a lot here. He responds any time and came for our help here in Kerala, he is the best you can ask for.

I had booked diamond villa for a stay of 3 days and 2 nights which i extended by one day. The resort is a beautiful property with lots of greenery. The staff is very polite and hospitable. They have buffet facility at the resort. I would recommend them to have ala carte as well since every time having buffet might not be the option. The rooms were clean and spacious. One of the rooms was missing big mirror, would request to include that as well, since getting ready using washroom mirror is not always feasible. The biggest plus point was that i travel-led using my electric vehicle and resort didn’t have charging facility but on my request they provided me the point and requested me to get one extension to take power and charge my vehicle, which made my trip much simpler. So if you are travel-ling by ev, you can request the manager and he can arrange you the charging point. The resort has a swimming pool, gym, game center, outdoor play area for kids and adults. They have a set up daily for campfire from 9 to 10 pm with music, which was a good experience.

We are on vacation to wayanad and felt like let's have the experience of the waynad climate by staying in a resort and verified for the best economy with all features and found this hotel as best. And my experience at the resort made me more happy to feel like i come back again and the resort is worth the payment made. Had experienced play area, pool, authentic kerala spa treatment and music, games and everything was so nice. And tonight with the fire camp and music went more good with all neighbours

The property is very good surrounded by trees. We took a 1 bhk villa. It was perfect. Mr. Sahir was very helpful until check out. Breakfast buffet was good.

Fentastic. Good forest vibe and great ambience. Stunning location. Great indoor and outdoor activities pool are often top of mind. And children's park should be made more better. Value for money best service spacious room.
